Captain Class A, born in 1984, with more than 10 years of seagoing service on tankers and floating reception facilities for oily waste, operating in full compliance with MARPOL 73/78 – Annex I & Annex II. Graduate of the Hellenic Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos.
Since 2020, serves as Operations Manager at HEC S.A., a specialized environmental services company. Responsible for end-to-end operational planning and coordination of ship-generated liquid waste reception, transfer, and management (bilge, sludge, oily residues), supporting shipping companies and port facilities across Greek and international ports.
Experience in marine pollution response operations, port and offshore operational management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders, including shipping companies, port authorities, terminals, and oil & gas operators.
